On Saturday and Sunday, the President has no public events scheduled.
On Monday morning, the President will travel to Boston, Massachusetts. The departure from the South Lawn is open press, and the arrival at Boston Logan International Airport is open to pre-credentialed media.
While in Boston, the President will deliver remarks at the Greater Boston Labor Council Labor Day Breakfast. This event at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers will be pooled for TV and open to pre-credentialed correspondents.
In the afternoon, the President will depart Boston, Massachusetts en route Washington, DC. The departure from Boston Logan International Airport is open to pre-credentialed media, and the arrival on the South Lawn is open press.
In the afternoon, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with King Salman bin Abd alAziz of Saudi Arabia; the Vice President will also attend. There will be a pool spray at the top of this meeting in the Oval Office. Following this meeting, the President will host a working lunch with the King; the Vice President will also attend. The President and the King will discuss a range of issues and focus on ways to further strengthen the bilateral partnership, including our joint security and counter-terrorism efforts. The working lunch in the Cabinet Room is closed press.
Later in the afternoon, the President will meet with Secretary of Defense Carter in the Oval Office; the Vice President will also attend. This meeting is closed press.

In the morning, the President will travel to Dillingham, Alaska. The departure from Elmendorf Air Force Base and the arrival at Dillingham Airport will be open to pre-credentialed media.
In Dillingham, the President will meet with local fishermen and families. There will be a pool spray of this visit at Kanakanak Beach. Afterward, the President will attend a cultural performance. There will be pool coverage of this performance at Dillingham Middle School.
The President will then depart Dillingham, Alaska en route Kotzebue, Alaska. The departure from Dillingham Airport and the arrival at Ralph Wien Memorial Airport will be open to pre-credentialed media.

While in Anchorage, the President will participate in a roundtable with Alaska Natives. There will be a pool spray at the bottom of this roundtable at Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center.
Afterward, the President will address the Global Leadership in the Arctic: Cooperation, Innovation, Engagement and Resilience (GLACIER) Conference. GLACIER will convene foreign ministers from Arctic nations and key non-Arctic states with scientists, policymakers, and stakeholders from Alaska and the Arctic region to discuss how climate change is reshaping the Arctic, increase global awareness of how Arctic climate change is affecting the rest of the world, and identify individual and collective actions to address these challenges. There will be GLACIER pre-credentialed media pool coverage of the President’s remarks.
The President will remain overnight in Alaska.
