Applying for OMB Internships
GENERAL: The OMB internship program is for graduate-level students (students currently seeking a Master’s degree) in public policy, public administration, business, economics, or a related field. The duration of the assignment varies; however, internships can run from three to twelve months. U.S. Citizenship is required. Applications for the summer internship will be accepted January 11, 2016 through Friday, March 13, 2016. No applications will be accepted after March 13. The internships will be unpaid. To become a student volunteer, you must be enrolled, not less than half-time, in a recognized educational institution. Half- and full-time status is determined by the recognized educational institution. You must provide documentation that includes your current class schedule. To apply, email your resume, transcript (unofficial is acceptable), and 1-2 page writing sample to OMB_Recruitment@omb.eop.gov. At this time we are not accepting applications from undergraduate students.
