In this video message, President Obama sends greetings to the 2013 Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He remarks on the important role that entrepreneurs play in expanding economic opportunity globally and steps that the United States is taking to support and promote entrepreneurs both at home and all over the world. President Obama first announced the creation of the Global Entrepreneurship Summit during his remarks in Cairo in 2009. The first Summit took place in Washington, DC in 2010 and then moved to Istanbul in 2011 and Dubai in 2012.
