The Act strengthens Medicare for seniors in rural areas by enhancing access to health care services and increasing payments to providers in underserved areas.

This helps to level the playing field with doctors in other parts of the country by making sure that rural doctors and hospitals have incentives to provide care in America’s rural communities.

Continue to Guaranteeing Benefits for Seniors by Ending Overpayments to Insurance Companies
