Summer is such a wonderful time of year—especially for our young people. School is out, the sun is shining—it’s time for less work, more play. Well you know that saying about too much of a good thing not being such a good thing?

The Office of Science and Technology Policy yesterday convened a conference celebrating the one-year anniversary of President Obama’s momentous remarks in Cairo that called for increased partnerships with the Muslim world.

OSTP Director John Holdren visited Room 309 of Banneker High School in Washington, D.C., this morning, part of an infusion of top Administration officials into area schools for National Lab Day, Dr. Holdren met with about 40 high school physics students and participated in a hands-on discovery activity.
