In the morning, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Cameron of the United Kingdom at the White House.  The Prime Minister’s visit will highlight the fundamental importance of the U.S.-UK relationship – through which together we address a broad range of shared global and regional security concerns. In the morning, the Vice President will travel to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At 10:15 AM, the Vice President will deliver the commencement address at the University of Pennsylvania. This event is open press.
