The Schedule

Tomorrow, the Vice President will travel to Sedona, Arizona.

In the morning, the President will deliver remarks at the Planned Parenthood Gala at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. The President’s remarks will be pooled press.

In the afternoon, the President will host His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan at the White House.  The President deeply appreciated the hospitality he received in Jordan last month and looks forward to continuing his consultations with King Abdullah on Jordan’s political and economic reforms, the crisis in Syria, and additional regional issues of mutual concern.  As the President said in Amman last month, Jordan is an invaluable ally and close friend.  King Abdullah's visit is a demonstration of the close partnership between the United States and Jordan. There will be a pool spray at the top of the meeting in the Oval Office.

Later in the afternoon, the President will meet with U.S. business leaders with a significant presence in Mexico and Central America in advance of his trip to the region.  The President will discuss opportunities for expanded U.S. commerce in Mexico and Central America that will create jobs and expand economic opportunity in this country and elsewhere in the Americas while reducing barriers to growth in the region.  The meeting will be in the Roosevelt Room and is closed press.  Expected attendees include:
