In the afternoon, President will hold a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Antonis Samaras of Greece. The meeting will highlight the strength of the U.S.-Greek relationship and underscore our ongoing support for Greece’s efforts to reform its economy and promote a return to prosperity, as well as our cooperation on a broad array of mutual interests and challenges, including defense, the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, counterterrorism, prospects for a settlement in Cyprus, and developments in the region, North Africa, and Syria. There will be a pool spray at the bottom of the meeting.

The President will answer questions from citizens around the country that will be submitted through a range of social media platforms by Zillow’s users and social media community using the hashtag #askobamahousing. In the afternoon, the President will travel to Camp Pendleton, California where he will deliver remarks and visit with troops and their families to thank them for their extraordinary service to our nation. The Schedule

In the morning, the President will travel to Phoenix, Arizona. The departure from the South Lawn as well as the arrival at Phoenix International Airport will be open press.

While in Phoenix, the President will tour Erickson Construction, a provider of turn-key framing solutions for major homebuilders in the greater Phoenix, Sacramento and Reno markets. After employing fewer than 100 employees during the heart of the recession, Erickson now employs 580 full-time employees and continues to expand. The President’s tour will be covered by the out of town travel pool.

Afterwards, the President will travel to Desert Vista High School where he will lay out his plan to restore security to homeownership as another cornerstone of how we can strengthen the middle class. The President’s remarks at Desert Vista High School will be open to pre-credentialed media.

In the afternoon, the President will depart Phoenix, Arizona en route Los Angeles, California. The departure from Phoenix International Airport and the arrival at Los Angeles International Airport will be open press.

While in Burbank, the President will tape an appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.” There will be a stills only pool spray of the taping.
