In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

Later in the morning, the President and the Vice President will meet with Senator McCain and Senator Schumer to discuss commonsense immigration reform. This meeting in the Oval Office is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President will meet with the 1963 Loyola University of Chicago Ramblers championship basketball team in the Oval Office to honor the 50^th Anniversary of the Ramblers championship title and acknowledge the key role the Ramblers played in breaking down racial barriers. This meeting in the Oval Office is closed press.

Later in the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will meet with Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang and State Councilor Yang Jiechi on the margins of the U.S. – China Strategic and Economic Dialogue. This meeting in the Oval Office is closed press.

In the evening, the President will take part in a DNC event at the Jefferson Hotel in Washington, DC. This event is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President will award the 2012 National Medal of Arts and National Humanities Medal in a ceremony in the East Room. The First Lady will also attend. The Schedule

On Monday morning the President and First Family will depart Cape Town, South Africa and travel to Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, where they will be greeted by President Jakaya Kikwete and First Lady Salma Kikwete. The departure from Cape Town, South Africa and arrival in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, will be open press.

The President and First Lady will then visit the State House of the United Republic of Tanzania for an official arrival ceremony hosted by President Jakaya Kikwete and First Lady Salma Kikwete. There will be expanded pool coverage of the ceremony.

After the official arrival ceremony, the President will hold a restricted bilateral meeting followed by an expanded bilateral meeting with President Jakaya Kikwete of the United Republic of Tanzania at the State House. The restricted bilateral meeting is closed press and there will be a travel pool spray at the top of the expanded bilateral meeting.

In the evening, the President will hold a joint press conference with President Kikwete at the State House. The joint press conference will be open press.

Following the joint press conference, the President will join President Kikwete for a tree planting ceremony outside the State House. There will be expanded pool coverage of the ceremony.

The President will then take part in a CEO roundtable at the Hyatt Kilimanjaro before delivering remarks to a Business Forum. There will be an expanded pool spray at the top of the roundtable and there will be expanded pool coverage of the President’s remarks.

In the morning, the President and the First Lady will visit the Presidential Palace where they will be welcomed by Senegalese President Macky Sall. There will be pre-set pool coverage of the arrival.

The President will then participate in a restricted bilateral meeting with President Sall at the Presidential Palace, followed by an expanded bilateral meeting. There will be a travel pool spray at the top of the restricted bilateral meeting and a restricted pool spray at the top of the expanded bilateral meeting.

Later in the morning, the President and President Sall will have a press conference at the Presidential Palace. This press conference will be open press.

In the afternoon, the President will travel to La Cour Supreme where he will meet with regional judicial leaders to discuss rule of law. There will be a travel pool spray at the top of the meeting.

Later in the afternoon, the President and the First Family will travel to Goree Island. While on Goree Island, the President and the First Family will tour Maison Des Esclaves Museum. The President will then drop by a civil society event at the Goree Institute.
