In the morning, the President will travel to Detroit, Michigan. The arrival at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport is open press.
While in Michigan, the President will tour General Motors Orion Assembly and give remarks on the trade agreement with South Korea that will open up economic opportunities and support jobs on both sides of the Pacific. The President will be joined by President Lee of the Republic of Korea. The tour of General Motors Orion Assembly is pooled press only. The Schedule
In the morning, the President and the First Lady will welcomePresident Lee Myung-bak and First Lady Kim Yoon-ok of the Republic of Korea to the White House. The Vice President will also attend. The official arrival ceremony on the South Lawn is open to pre-credentialed press. The deadline to request media credentials has passed.
**Please note that this event is currently outdoors and press coverage is subject to change depending on the weather. If inclement weather requires this event to be moved inside, updated guidance will be sent at approximately 6:00AM tomorrow.**
Later in the morning, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with President Lee in the Oval Office. The Vice President will also attend. There will be a stills only pool spray at the bottom of the meeting. The President will then hold an expanded bilateral meeting with President Lee and the Official U.S. and Official Korean Delegations in the Cabinet Room. This meeting is closed press.
In the afternoon, the President will hold a joint press conference with President Lee in the Rose Garden. The press conference is open to pre-credentialed press, however the deadline to request media credentials has passed.

In the evening, the President and the First Lady will welcome President Lee and First Lady Kim at the North Portico. The President and the First Lady will then take the official photo with President Lee and First Lady Kim on the Grand Staircase. This is pooled press.
Later, the President and the First Lady will host a State Dinner in honor of President Lee. The Vice President and Dr. Biden will also attend. The President and President Lee will each give a toast. The toast remarks during the dinner are pooled press. Following the dinner, the President and the First Lady will attend the State Dinner reception with President Lee in the State Dining Room. There will be pooled press coverage of this event.
Also, at 4:30PM tomorrow, following a meeting with Chief of Staff Bill Daley, Governor O’Malley of Maryland, Governor Gregoire of Washington and Governor Dayton of Minnesota will be available at the stakeout to discuss the importance of passing the American Jobs Act so we can immediately put workers back on the job and put more money in the pockets of working Americans.

In the morning, the President will depart the White House en route Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The arrival at Pittsburgh International Airport is open press.
While in Pittsburgh, the President will visit the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local No. 5 Training Center. During his time at the IBEW Local No. 5 Training Center, the President will take a tour of the IBEW training facilities, convene a meeting of the President’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, and deliver remarks. The President will discuss the need for Congress to pass the American Jobs Act so we can immediately put workers back on the job and put more money in the pockets of working Americans. Afterwards, the President will host Prime Minister Beji Caid Essebsi of Tunisia at the White House. During his meeting with the Prime Minister, the President looks forward to discussing America’s strong support for Tunisia’s historic transition to democracy, as well as a broad range of bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest. The President also welcomes the opportunity to highlight the strong bonds of friendship between the American and Tunisian people.
